What’s Included in Our Maintenance Program?
Our program provides you with two thorough seasonal inspections—Spring for your air conditioning system and Fall for your heating system—performed by our skilled, certified technicians. The inspections and maintenance include:
Spring A/C Cleaning
- Run system through sequence of operation
- Acid clean condensing coil
- Clean and check evaporator drain pan
- Blow out all drain lines of evaporator
- Check refrigerant levels
- If needed inspect and clean indoor coil
- Inspect filter (clean or replace if at hand)
- Visually inspect all electronics
Fall Heating Check
Furnace
- Check the condition of all safety switches
- Visually inspect heat exchanger
- Check Carbon Monoxide levels at unit
- Clean and inspect burners if needed
Heat Pump/Electric
- Check refrigerant levels
- Inspect indoor coil if needed
- Run unit through defrost cycle
- Check Amp draw off heaters

Work to Be Performed
We commit to providing you with professional inspection and maintenance services twice annually as detailed above, for the duration of your agreement (terms to be defined). After each visit, you will receive a detailed report on the condition of your system along with any recommendations, helping you stay informed and prepared.
Terms and Conditions
- Materials not covered by manufacturer warranty will be billed at regular rates, minus a 10% discount for maintenance members.
- All repairs performed during the term of this agreement are guaranteed for 30 days.
- Repair services requested by customers will be prioritized during regular business hours and charged at current labor rates. As a service agreement holder you will receive priority over call-in customers.
- Emergency services outside of normal hours are subject to overtime charges.
